Need to refund a purchase?
We are happy to provide a full refund for your purchase under the following conditions: The product was not redeemed within the 10 day refund period. The refund period begins at time of product offer expiry on Community Engage and continues for the next 10 business days. If you fail to request a refund within the refund period, you will not be entitled to any refunds. If you bought a product or service and the business offering same has closed down and you have not yet had an opportunity to use your purchase, we will refund your money. While we reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis, our customers will usually receive a refund within 5-7 business days. We do have the right to refuse a refund or block an account user from future purchases should we deem said account user as abusing or not abiding by our terms and conditions (such as chronically requesting refunds, etc.).
