We would like to introduce you to the most innovative fundraising program available for your son or daughter’s team!!
As minor hockey parents ourselves, we have seen all the same fundraising initiatives that you have. Most involve SELLING items (chocolates, magazines, calendars, etc.) which is a dreaded task for all parents. Many involve pre-ordering or pre-buying or being gently forced to sell a set amount of whatever it is you are pushing. There is not any ‘fun’ in that fundraising.
CommunityEngage, on the other hand involves NO SELLING. All that is required is that your players and/or parents make as many friends, family, colleagues and neighbours aware of this website. You are simply informing them about the same great deals from the same great companies that we feature each week (the same deals that you have the option of purchasing) and if those people buy the deal, a percentage goes back to your team. You can definitely go door to door, but we will show you how to use the common social networking tools (Facebook) to really get the word out quickly and easily.
The BEST part of our program is that once you have informed everyone, they will potentially purchase deals throughout the entire season such that you have established a RECURRING fundraising revenue stream. One time effort but the fundraising rewards can happen month after month.
But it is critical that you complete form below. With that we can list your Team name on the website so that you are properly rewarded for your effort. Be the first within your neighbourhood association in order to have the greatest probability of success.
Here are some words from other Team Managers and parents;
“Wow! This is amazing. What a great idea.” Julie D, Team Manager Leitrim
“I think this is a way better idea for fundraising than selling entertainment books.” Teri-Anne, Parent
“I just bought two of the Source for Sports vouchers (great deal). I spent $50 and received $100 in voucher. Your team gets 12.5% back for everything that is purchased, so my small purchase just raised the team $6.50.” Rob M, Team Manager, Leitrim
“I sent the site to a bunch of my friends and family and a guy I play hockey with bought 2 vouchers, so he contributed $6.50 to my son’s team and I didn’t have to beg and plead for him to ‘donate’. He is happy because he’s saving $50 on something that he needed to buy anyway.” Parent, Leitrim
In the Ottawa area alone, we have hundreds of teams that have signed up for the program. Some of them are generating hundreds of dollars to go back to their team every month. (This is of course, on top of saving 50% on things they need to buy anyway!).
