This deal consists of the following – half price on the NHL Style Lab Assessment, Movement Screening and High Performance Consultation. You will get;
1. A one hour testing session.
Aerobic Testing- NHL Protocol- VO2 and Lactate Testing- to determine individual training zones and monitor training adaptations
Movement Screen Testing- used to detect major muscle imbalances and balance / flexibility issues that will impede performance and predispose you to future injury
2. Your results will be analyzed and you will go back to the Centre the following week and receive a consultation. Your specific results will be explained to you and you will be given specific recommendations on how to improve.

Hello everyone,
This is the guys from Community Engage. We wanted to give you a little more info on the Peak Centre and this deal. At first, we admit, it was not 100% clear what this was all about. So we took a tour of their facility at the Bell Sensplex in Kanata.
We have been in lots of different ‘gyms’ over the years (some would say not enough) but regardless, this is NOT your typical gym. It has a definite lab feel to it. It is part lab, classroom, testing centre and gym – all in one.
Everything they do and say has the precision of science behind it. But they explain it all in easy to understand language. They take the mystery out of performance and training and come up with a personalized plan for you.
If you are interested, you should drop by the Centre and check it out for yourself before you buy the deal. Call ahead and ask when Brian Kehoe is in so you can talk to him or any of the staff could give you a tour.
It applies to anyone that wants to get serious about fitness and getting in better shape.
