Below is a list of commonly asked questions and answers:
1. Q: What is group buying?
A: Group buying allows consumers to group together in order to obtain great discounts on products and services offered by merchants.
2. Q: How does group buying work?
A: Businesses partner with group buying websites to offer incredible discounts (usually 50% off or more) on their product or service. For example, a restaurant might offer $20 worth of food and drinks for only $10. The group buying site promotes the deal to obtain sales in the form of printable vouchers (coupons). After purchasing the voucher, the buyer takes it to the merchant to redeem it for its value. Because these deals offer such great savings for consumers and they’re only offered for a brief period of time (a few days), they sell out very quickly. It’s not unusual for large group buying sites to sell thousands of deal coupons in a single day.
3. Q: Is there a limit of vouchers that I can purchase?
A: Yes. Each deal will state the limit. You should carefully read all the particular details for each deal.

1. Q: How do I buy this voucher as a gift for someone?
A: There are 2 options. The first option is to purchase the voucher as you normally would, it will appear in your account. You can print it off and give it to whoever you choose as a gift (ie. insert in a Birthday card). The voucher will say your name on it as the Receipent but don’t worry about that. As long as the receiver takes the physical voucher into the store, the voucher # is the unique identifier. The second option is where you would like to send the gift ELECTRONICALLY to someone. If that is the case, you check off ‘gift’ at the purchase screen, then you can enter in a message and you must enter their email address. They will receive an email letting them know that you have purchased a gift for them. They will be prompted to create an account and the voucher will appear in THEIR account. NOTE: As the purchaser, you will NOT receive a copy of the voucher so do not use this method if you want to physically give the voucher to the person.
